Cancellation Terms and Policy
For COD, Bank Transfer, Dragon Pay and Bill Ease
- • Our customer can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. Please go to your Orders and select the order you want to cancel.
- • For cancellation request through Facebook, email, SMS and voice messages should be done during our regular business hours from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm).
- • Customer may change or cancel order as expressively agreed by both parties if no stock available within 3 days.
For Credit Card payment
- • Orders made thru credit card can no longer be cancelled once payment has been made.
Return and Refund
- • Our return policy allows for all merchandise to be returned within 7 days if the item is deemed defective or broken.
- • In any event you wish to return the item , kindly email us at customercare@wp.gamextreme.ph , or you may contact us via Viber, Whatsapp, or Skype: (+63) 961-512-3899 (Smart) | (+63) 927-062-0645 (Globe) within seven (7) days from the receipt of the product. Upon approval, we will send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions via email.
