Shipping costs for orders at platinumkaraoke.ph will be determined by the weight of the purchased item(s) and the destination address that was provided at the shipment detail section. Shipping cost are automatically included at the checkout.
Lead time for purchases depends on the customer’s location and cut-off time. Platinum Karaoke understand that Filipinos around the world loves to bond and sing, thus, we want you to have your Platinum Karaoke system the soonest. Our cut-off time is at 10:00 AM (UTC+ 08:00)
For international shipment, transit may take less than 1 week to 2 weeks, specific areas that are considered remote by the courier provider. You may also track your order via UPS or through our customer service via zopimchat at platinumkaraoke.ph
You will be notified via email once your order is fulfilled and shipped and shipment information will be send separately.
Cancellations / Returns & Refunds
In line with cancellations/Returns and Refund please contact us at (632) 838-8001 loc 118 or email us at email@example.com immediately during our regular business hours from Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM(UTC+ 08:00) and Saturday from 9AM to 4PM (UTC+ 08:00). Our customer representatives will be gladly to assist you. Platinumkaraoke.ph is not responsible for any charges that may arise to any unconfirmed cancellation through voice messages, email or SMS. Rest assured, we will try our best to cancel the request order prior to shipping. Once the purchased product is shipped, sudden changes or cancellation will not be validated.
Returns & Refunds
In an event you wish to return a merchandise, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you may contact us via Viber, Whatsapp, or Skype: (+63) 977 378 6992 within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Upon approval, we will send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions via email. You may return any merchandise for any of the following reasons:
* Incorrect purchased shipped
* Defective Product
The product must be in pristine condition and original delivery package and must be returned prepaid and insured for the whole purchase price. We will issue full refund less shipping cost for items that are returned in its original delivery condition. For returns with missing parts/accessories, the cost of replacement shall be charged to the customer. In addition, in an event that the unit is damaged due to customer misuse, a restocking fee of 15% to 27% will be charged to the customer, the exact amount of which will depend on the extent of the damage.

FREE SHIPPING WORLD WIDE (Note: for the countries validated by UPS) for PHP10,000 worth of purchases.
Note: The tax/duty assessment is entirely up to your host country and will be the customer’s responsibility if any is applied. Platinumkaraoke.ph will only shoulder Philippine-side tax/duty and licenses.
Shipping costs for orders from platinumkaraoke.ph will be determined by the weight of the items ordered and the destination address you specified in your order. The shipping cost for any order will be automatically generated after your purchase.
Shipping lead time and Tracking Information:
Platinum Karaoke customer service will notify you via email once your order is validated and shipped, together with the tracking number of the shipment. This will include estimated time of arrival and other necessary information.
You may track the shipment of your order at UPS online tracking.
IMPORTANT: The product warranty does not cover freight charges for inbound or outbound in which the product needs to be shipped back to the Philippines.
Customer is liable for both shipping cost and must be paid and insured.
